Axel Pelletanche is a French/Paris-based graphic and type designer offering art direction, design solutions and consultancy services. After graduating from école boulle, école Duperré then école estienne in paris and gaining experience in London and Berlin, he spent two years working at Ohlman Consorti collaborating alongside clients such as Dior, A.P.C. or Vogue Paris magazine.
Notable commissions include clients such as nike, Off-White™, rEception clothing, delvaux, boiler room, deewee, Galerie Perrotin, MO.CO. art center, performance artist Ndayé Kouagou, cognac martell, oddity & monsieur l’agent, the community and many more. He designed retail fonts such as KNIF MONO AND TRABIS available THROUGH “A IS FOR FONTS”. since early 2020, he IS ALSO IN CHARGE OF Trax Magazine’s art directION and design with Clément Gicquel. beside running his studio, he is also regularly teaching graphic design and typography at école duperré and helped to develop an editorial practice for students at 0-93.
