AXEL PELLETANCHE IS A Paris-based GRAPHIC AND TYPE DESIGNER OFFERING ART DIRECTION, DESIGN AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES for a wide range of clients. HIS PRACTICE IS GIVING SHAPE TO IDEAS, CONCEPTS and CONTENTS THROUGH VISUAL IDENTITIES, IMAGERY OR PUBLICATIONS.
Recent studio activities includes graphics for Homer alongside Frank Ocean’s team, typographic pieces for performance artist Ndayé Kouagou or Forma’s branding & website (serving as art director for the project). Since 2020, he is overseeing Trax Magazine printed bi-annual’s design and art direction teaming up with Clément Gicquel. He also previously designed retail fonts such as Knif Mono and Trabis available through aisforfontS.
Other commissions includes clients such as Nike, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Off-White™, Mains London, Pangaia, Boiler Room, Deewee records, Capitol Music, Galerie Perrotin, MO.CO. art center, Christelle Oyiri/Crystallmess, Oddity Paris, Monsieur l’Agent among many other.
HE regularly brings its expertise to projects by collaborating with studios such as Ohlman Consorti, MayBe Paris, Bureau Future, metallic inc., ill-studio, Lolita Jacobs & Jean-Baptiste TalbourdeT, VLF STUDIO (Thomas Cristiani & Antoine Roux), convoy, Yard Agency, DVTK, Building Paris, B.A.M. Studio, Unfun or Mark Jenkins.
